Daniel GustDaniel Gust
President

Dan is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and
growth of Triplex. He works closely with
the Sales, Client Services, Analytics and
IT teams to provide this direction.

Over his 30 years in the direct marketing industry, Dan has held various positions. Beginning his career in computer
operations, Dan quickly found himself in operations management. He continued to work his way up in the industry while never wavering in his beliefs of impeccable quality and exceptional customer service. Under Dan’s leadership, the new Triplex is fully grounded in those beliefs.

Dan is active in several nonprofit organizations at the local level. He is based in central Wisconsin.

 

Grechen LittlefieldGretchen Littlefield
Executive Vice President

With over 16 years of experience within nonprofit and political fundraising,
Gretchen is Triplex's Executive Vice
President. Gretchen devotes most of her
time to managing client relations and directing strategic planning; including
many of Triplex's new technology
initiatives such as the Quick-Turn 24-Hour Merge and the Web Based Online
Inventory Tool.

Prior to joining Triplex, Gretchen successfully launched the direct response fundraising program for America Coming Together, which raised over $80 million. She also worked with one of the nation's leading direct response marketing agencies where she managed the programs for the Democratic National Committee, Oxfam, International Rescue Committee, Earthjustice, ASPCA and WNET. Additionally, Gretchen has worked as a field organizer for numerous political campaigns including the Clinton/Gore Victory '92 effort and the California Teachers Association.

A native of California, Gretchen resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, Brent Littlefield.

 

Mary-Ellen KirkbrideMary-Ellen Kirkbride
Vice President of Client Relations

Mary-Ellen Kirkbride is the VP Client Relations at Triplex Direct Marketing, where she manages the direct marketing processing efforts for direct marketing agencies, publishers and nonprofit organizations.

With over 30 years experience directing membership, fundraising and non-dues revenue programs, today Mary-Ellen advises her clients on increasing roi through use of multi-channel marketing products and services. Her guidance has helped clients increase constituency while reducing cost by using more sophisticated modeling, segmentation, personalization, analysis and database management.

Mary-Ellen earned her CAE from ASAE, held the volunteer positions of Program Chair for the Fulfillment Management Association of WDC; Roundtable Chair for the DC Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals and directed and managed the Intern and non-dues revenue programs while serving on the Board of the Direct Marketing Association of WDC.

 

Jill CarstensenJill Carstensen
Vice President of Operations

Jill's direct marketing knowledge has
been fine-tuned over the past 15 years
she has spent in the industry. She is responsible for the client service and operations teams at Triplex, and insuring
that exceptional customer service is the norm.

Jill's focus is on continued improvements
and efficiencies that will translate to
better quality processes and cost- savings for our clients. Jill was instrumental in implementing Triplex' Quick-Turn 24-Hour Merge.

Jill began in the direct marketing industry as a client advocate. As a Production Support Manager she was a key strategic player in testing and recommending customer management and prospecting solutions to a base of catalog, retail and nonprofit clients.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin. She resides in central Wisconsin with her husband and two children.

 

Lisa FleischmannLisa Fleischmann
Account Team Manager

Bringing 14 years of direct marketing experience to Triplex, Lisa leads a Client Service Team with whom she shares her passion for exceptional customer service.
Lisa provides technical leadership for the Triplex team and she is the resident expert on political direct mail campaigns. She also maintains a diverse portfolio of museums, environmental and animal rights related mailers and has garnered an enviable reputation among those clients.
